Who Am I
My name is Michael Vaughn, and I am thrilled to introduce a transformative new program designed to mentor and guide young men toward a bright and successful future. With over 20 years of experience coaching various youth sports and an equally extensive background as a Sales Executive with AT&T, and T-Mobile, and now working as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer here in Troy, I've dedicated my life to professionalism, to leading by example and most importantly to empowering the next generation to become successful. As a proud Troy University alumnus and an active member of New Life Christian Church here in Troy, AL my commitment to serving our community is deeply personal.
Our mission
To inspire and equip young men with the knowledge, skills, and character needed to become successful, responsible, and community-driven adults through personal mentorship, financial literacy education, and career planning. Our mission is rooted in fostering personal growth, promoting economic self-sufficiency, and developing future leaders prepared to overcome challenges and seize opportunities in life. By providing mentorship, practical financial training, and career development guidance, we aim to close the opportunity gap for underserved youth, enabling them to realize their full potential and positively impact their communities.
